Sending your order

The available ways of sending your order are the following:

1. Shipping via courier company

All deliveries of our company are made by ELTA Courier. The shipping costs include the cost of packaging. We advise you, when you wish to purchase more than one product, to put the products in one order, so that you are charged the cost of one shipment. Each order is fulfilled separately even if it is for the same buyer. Special care is taken during packaging for the safe transport of sensitive products, and materials approved by ELTA Courier are used.

When the buyer, during the order, chooses the ELTA Courier service, the delivery of the products will be made to the address indicated during the order.

Upon completion of the processing of your order, the products are collected and delivered to the partner courier company. You will then receive notification from us in the email you have indicated that your order has been delivered to the courier company accompanied by the order delivery number. It is possible that our email may go to a different folder from your "main inbox" so it is very important that you check your email in both the "forwards" and "junk mail" menus.

All shipments have a special tracking number set by ELTA Courier each time and we will notify you of this via email to the email address you provided when ordering.

Orders placed from Monday to Thursday are executed and delivered to the courier the next day (if it is a working day). Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be executed and delivered to the courier on the following Monday (if it is a working day).

Deliveries are made by the courier on all working days from 10:00 to 17:00.

Indicative courier delivery times:

  • Within cities: in 2 working days
  • Within regions: in 2-3 working days
  • Island destinations: in 2-4 working days
  • Hard to reach areas: in 2-4 working days (pickup from the nearest Courier store)
Products travel on behalf of and at the risk of the buyer. For any delay of your order due to the courier, extreme weather conditions, strikes and any case of force majeure, we are not responsible.

2. Receipt of your order from our warehouse

You can choose to pick up the products from our warehouse, after having been contacted about the availability of the products. In this case you will not be charged with shipping costs. The address is:  Eponiton 7, Alimos.

Indicative pick-up times:

  • Monday to Friday: 17:00 - 20:00
  • Saturday: 10:00-14:00.
